Refund policy
At Shapyt, we are committed to delivering premium-quality shapewear and ensuring our customers have a seamless, trustworthy experience. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned — and that's why we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The item was received in damaged or defective condition.
- The item received does not match the order placed (wrong size, wrong color, wrong item).
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed shapewear items are strictly non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@shapytwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once approved, we will coordinate a return pickup via our delivery partner.
Please note: Return shipping fees (typically 40–60 EGP) may apply and will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and your return is approved, we will process your refund through one of the following methods:

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of return approval.
Exchanges
We offer free replacements in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- The item received is incorrect (wrong size, wrong color)

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure product integrity, the following are non-returnable:
- Worn or washed items
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Free gifts or promotional items included with your order
Our Rights
Shapyt reserves the right to:
- Decline any return request that does not meet our conditions
- Request additional evidence (photos/videos) before approval
- Refuse future transactions to accounts engaging in return or refund abuse
